DI systems are used to produce water with highest purity and to clean effluent DI wash water cycling from cleaning units.

The DI recycling system is a fully automatic, quality-controlled system which can be supplied in a single-line or dual-line configuration.

The system operates continuously as demanded by DI water requirements. If the conductivity measurement of the DI water produced over the maximum permissible reading selected, the system carries out fully automatic co-current regeneration.

Regeneration of the DI system is done with untreated inlet water, replenishment with DI water after regeneration is done from the DI water reservoir tank. The regeneration water evolved can be treated with the evaporator.
