Interfaces

The control system is available with a variety of communication capabilities including e. g. Profibus DP and Ethernet. This provides you the ability of communicating with other machines or systems and e.g. analyzing process data on your PC.

 

Touch-Surface Operation
The intuitive touch-surface operation is uncomplicated and easy to use. Here too we have created defined structures which are universally applicable in spite of the individuality of your processes. In case of doubt or malfunction, you can always call up a help text providing advice for resolution.

Manual Functions

Manual operation of the individual components and functions of the unit can be done as required, e.g. in servicing.

Maintenance Meters
Maintenance meters conveniently indicate upcoming maintenance due dates allowing you to organize required materials and schedule in a timely manner.

 

Status Reports

Operational messages, colour changes and LED diodes on the operating elements continuously provide clear information on the status of your evaporator system.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

User-Friendly Visualisation

Our fully graphic visualization system presents realistic illustrations of process sequences in 256 colours. Operating parameters such as temperatures, pressures and filling levels are shown in animated displays.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Protocols

Recorded plots e.g. of throughput, temperatures etc. permit rapid diagnosis and analysis of ongoing and past concentration processes.

 

Language Capabilities
On request we can outfit the visualization in almost any desired language. The visualization can also be provided in several alternative languages which can be selected during operation at the push of a key.


Password Protection

Password administration protects your system from access by unauthorized users. Several password levels secure your process quality. For example an operator’s password lets him operate the system, not however to change any process-relevant parameters. Similarly maintenance and/or zeroing of counters are only permitted for employees so authorized.

Remote Servicing

On request your unit can be equipped with remote servicing capability.

We offer several options here: ranging from simple modem access to the control system up to a DSL connection allowing you to quickly and conveniently monitor and control your evaporator.

 

Intervention via Remote Servicing
As the evaporator manufacturer, we can of course intervene in the control system upon request in the event of a malfunction. Our 4 experts in our control department will be happy to attend to any requests you may have.

Plug and Play-Technology

Use of state-of-the-art plug-in modules permit replacement of most sesnors and actuators within miniutes without electrician training, reducing downtime and service time.
