LOFT Reverse Osmosis Systems / Water Softening Systems
Reverse osmosis systems are used in a wide variety of application sectors. They are used wherever continuous supply of deionized water is required, e.g. in water replenishment and for filling of flushing and washing baths in pretreatment systems.
LOFT reverse osmosis systems excel with their surprisingly compact and simple design as compared to their high capacity. They provide water softening and subsequent desalinification for downstream systems and take up minimum space. Highest quality effluent water is produced, normally with a conductivity less than 20 µS/cm.

When the reverse osmosis unit is integrated in a complete wastewater treatment system (package system), its production rate is controlled in accordance with reverse osmosis water requirements by the PLC system of the LOFT evaporator. ABSATZ
This system configuration ensures reliable and fully automatic operation of the system as a whole. Use of highest-quality components guarantees long service life with minimum downtime even after long operation.
Start-Up
Connection and start-up of the unit – which is supplied premounted on a stainless-steel frame – are simple and involve only a few manually conducted operations in your plant.
Included in our standard product range are compact reverse osmosis units with throughput capacities in the range of 90 – 360 l/h as well as larger dual-line reverse osmosis units with capacities in the range of 500 – 2000 l/h. we also offer single-line units operating exclusively with ion-exchange softening.
