Realistic Customer-Oriented Design
Customer-oriented design is imperative for attainment of smooth, cost-efficient operation in field practice. The design must take into account both the potential maximum throughput requirement as well as the actual composition of the wastewater to be processed. Specifications of throughput capacities and energy consumptions must relate to the specific wastewater expected. Specifications based on tap water could give rise to unpleasant surprises in subsequent operation of your plant. (see Lab tests and pilot units)
