Laboratory Trials

When evaluating specifications of predicted capacity and performance, keep in mind that no two wastewaters are exactly alike.

Reliable predictions can be made only by conducting tests with your specific wastewater. To ensure reliable capacity calculations, we generally carry out these tests in our laboratory with a representative wastewater sample provided by the customer.

Pilot Units

If little or no experience is available with the intended application or if you prefer a larger-scale confirmation of projected capacities, we can temporarily provide a mobile pilot unit for wastewater processing at your site. Even if we are absolutely sure about our capacity projections, you may want to do this if only to provide certainty for yourself.

Our mobile pilot units can process either your full wastewater generation or a part thereof, permitting confirmation of concentrate composition, distillate quality and energy consumption and continuous fulfilment of your requirements.
